Ik herinner me Ome Chist als een hele fijne oom, die altijd erg veel interesse had in onze familie, in grote dingen zoals de samenleving en politiek, maar ook in kleine dingen van het leven. Terwijl Leo en ik in Londen zaten te genieten van de Olympische spelen kregen we te horen dat Oom Chris was overleden. 6 aug. zat ik naar de paarden sport te kijken en naast mij zat een Canadees gezin.
