MATHEWS, Mrs. Edna Passed away at North Lambton Lodge on Monday, April 9, 2012, at the age of 93 years. Beloved wife of the late Vaughn Mathews. Predeceased by her parents Lorne and Ethel Vivian. Cherished mother of Gordon (Cheryl) Mathews, Marvin (Nancy) Mathews, and Cathy (Mike) Ward. Dear grandmother of Pam (Matt) Pearson, Deric (Jane) Mathews, Tara (Joe) Panik, and Michael & Mathew Ward. Great-grandmother of Nolan, Rylea, Sydnee, Ethan, and Abby. Edna is also survived by her sisters Lorna Abell, Blanche Skinner, and Aldeana Passmore-Bryce, and is predeceased by her sister Ivadell Minielly and her brother James Vivian. Friends may call at the FOREST CHAPEL OF DENNING FUNERAL DIRECTORS, 9 James Street South, Forest, on Thursday, April 12, 2012, from 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm. A Funeral Service will be held in the chapel on Friday morning, April 13, 2012, at 11:00 am with Rev. Joanne Macodrum officiating. Interment Beechwood Cemetery.
