Duncan, Eileen, Donna, Brian, and Ian. We are sorry to here of your Mom's sudden death. We have fond memories of the times we spent with your family as we were growing up. We found your Mom very easy to be around. Before she moved to Dutton and we saw her in church at Crinan, she always greeted us with her warm smile, taking great interest in us and our family. Plus she always knew whether church was at 9:30 or 11:00. We will miss her kind gentle presence.

Dear McGill clan. Extending our sympathies to you for the loss of your wonderful mother. John and Norma were great people. I fondly remember your father’s grand sense of humour and your mother’s warm smile. They raised a fantastic family and I’m sure you miss them both, but rest assured that all of their wonderful qualities are honored and carried on by all of you and your own children. "Go gcasfar le chéile sinn arís" (Until we meet again). Thinking of you all….. Geoff Axford and family

hello Duncan, Eileen, Donna, Brian and Ian; You may not remember who I am after all these years but I had the pleasure of teaching both Duncan and Eileen at U.S.S.3. i have had the priviledge of meeting your mom at social functions over the years and she taught some of our children at Dutton. I was sorry to read of her death yesterday. I am sorry, also, that I can't visit with you in person today but please know you are in my thoughts. It is not easy to lose the ones we love, especially our mom. Your mom was always so gracious, friendly and kind and she was very good to me when I was a new teacher with a lot to learn.I will always treasure me friendship with her and you will all be in my thoughts and prayers these next few weeks as you grieve for a very special mom.
