Dougan, Mr. William James Passed away at North Lambton Lodge, Forest, on Tuesday, December 24, 2013, at the age of 72 years. Beloved husband of Judy. Dear father of Michael (Christine), Maureen (Cam), and Chris (Tricia), Angela, and Matthew. Grandfather of Jessica, Laura, Nicole, Jamie, Caley, Maddy, Taylor, and Aidan. Predeceased by his parents Rose and Bill. Survived by his brothers Jack (Christine), Hugh (Judy), Ken (Carol), Don (Karen), and Larry (Caroline). Also survived by his best friend Justin.
