Memories of visiting Neal’s childhood farm, in the 1950s with my parents and sisters, are some of my happiest. We knew him as the successful college boy, seen only on occasion. I had no concept of the extent of his accomplishments. God’s blessings to his family!

My heart-felt condolences are extended to Nora and family on the passing of Neal.
I have so many fond memories of Neal, particularly during his time with Class #4 of the Advanced Agricultural Leadership Program (AALP) from 1991-93. I remember he and I sitting on the bus as we were going through the former East Germany and we would take turns pointing out a sign - pronouncing it phonically in a bastardized English, then with a straight face offering a ridiculous meaning for the word - a sort of 'Bus Ride Balderdash' as it were. Oh my gosh we had some laughs at that! :) And then of course there was his endless repertoire of limericks.
It is with fondness that I recall my occasional visits to his home in Guelph where I kept Neal and Nora up way too late discussing anything and everything you can imagine! I still cherish every minute of those visits and I thank you both for being so gracious.
So now my friend and mentor has passed... Neal - your memory lives on in my thoughts and smile.
Until we meet again - may you rest in peace.

Rodger and I extend our sincerest condolences on the passing of Neal Stoskopf. We met Neal at St Andrew's about 15 years ago and I had the added privilege of serving on a committee with Neal for a few years. He was someone we always looked forward to seeing and talking to - he was warm, kind, funny, smart, thoughtful and gentle; he was a true Christian who took his faith seriously and lived his life intentionally. He will be truly missed by us and all who knew him.
