Peacefully, with his loving family at his side at Four Counties Health Services on Monday, January 28, 2013. Louis Arvai Sr. of West Lorne in his 85th year. Loving husband of 61 years to Esther. Dear father of Agnes (Steve) Simon of Rodney, Karl (Penny) of London, Mary (Hank) Vergeer of West Lorne, Susan (Dave) Lundy of St. Thomas, Jim Arvai of Rodney, Eva (Roger) VanRaes of West Lorne, Louis Jr.(Andrea) of West Lorne, Liz (Mike) Clark of Dutton and Kathy (Ken) Ferguson of Sault Ste. Marie. Survived by 23 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren. Predeceased by his son in law Mike Clark (2012). Louis farmed in the West Elgin area for most of his life. Friends may call at the RODNEY CHAPEL OF DENNING FUNERAL DIRECTORS on Friday, February 1, 2013 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Funeral service will take place at the chapel on Saturday at 1 pm. Interment Rodney cemetery.
